Pamela Scott
Pamela Scott directed the 25th Anniversary production of Last Summer at Bluefish Cove for the Terry Schreiber Studio in October, 2005 and Crimes of the Heart, also for the T. Schreiber Studio, in 2004. Mark Druck on The New Yorker cable show called her direction "inventive and touching."
Pamela teaches and directs at T.Schreiber Studio and has taught at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. At AADA Pamela has directed Blue Window, Steel Magnolias, among others. She is a member of The Actors Studio playwright directors unit and workshop. Under Estelle Parsons and Carlin Glynn and rehearsal partner for Marlo Thomas.
Scott also directs for IAMM Productions, and created Lunch Live!, an original showcase series. Pamela is the producing artistic director of Aching Dogs Theatre Company, funded by the New York Hotel Trades Council, AFL-CIO. Pamela is also a playwright and a member of the Dramatists Guild, Local 6, SAG, AEA, AFTRA and SSDC.
